Greg Strylewicz

Manager of Research Data Systems – Planning

Greg Strylewicz, Ph.D. joined the Biostatistics Center in August 2020. With over 20 years of experience in FDA-regulated environments, Greg brings deep expertise in clinical laboratories, clinical informatics, data harmonization, and data management systems. Through his expertise, Greg has contributed to the success of many large multi-site clinical trials in the areas of diabetes, infectious diseases, and cardiovascular research. His research interests include artificial intelligence and data mining for anomaly/error detection and is co-inventor of a U.S. patent, #7783582, for the use of Bayesian-Networks to detect clinical laboratory errors. His recent work is in standardization and regulatory compliance.
