Jessica joined the Biostatistics Center in November 2012 after receiving her MPH in Epidemiology at Drexel University in June 2012. She has worked on several clinical trials as part of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver NICHD Maternal Fetal Medicine Units (MFMU) Network and managed two MFMU studies, which examined childhood respiratory disease and cognitive function in children aged six or older. Her other work at the Biostatistics Center consists of research regarding prenatal diagnostics, including Prenatal Cytogenetic Diagnosis by Array-Based Copy Number Analysis: Follow-up and Prenatal Genetic Diagnosis by Genomic Sequencing. She also serves as a statistician on a Data and Safety Monitoring Board for an NHLBI-funded clinical trial.

Jessica received her PhD in Epidemiology from George Washington University where her dissertation research focused on motor skills and symptoms of autism spectrum disorder in children. Her research interests include evaluating medications and interventions for safety and efficacy during pregnancy and childhood neurodevelopment.
