Naji Younes

Associate Research Professor Biostatistics and Bioinformatics

Naji Younes has over 20 years of experience designing, conducting and analyzing clinical trials, at the George Washington University Biostatistics Center, at Contract Research Organization (CRO) at Social and Scientific Systems, and in the department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at GWU. Dr. Younes' training and interests are both in mathematical statistics, software engineering and data visualization, and I’ve been actively involved in the design and deployment of data management and reporting systems for clinical trials. He has participated in the design of Phase I-III clinical trials and observational studies in various areas including neonatology, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and neurology, and have participated in DSMBs both as a member and chair. Dr. Younes main interests are in computationally intensive analytical techniques and visualization.
